- In 1999, they executed the reinforcement of the excavation of the Central Office of the First East International Bank by means of pilots ramming and casting.
- In 1999, an order for the designing of three landslides located at the town of Apriltzi was placed to the company, where the design work was carried out under the heading of Ass.Prof.D.Denev. At one of the sites, he carried out the construction works in 2003-2004.
- Until the year of 2004, 3 blocks of flats at the Manastirski Livadi Residential Complex and one at the Lozenetz Quarter have been successfully handed over. In parallel with their construction, the related infrastructure such as streets, street catch-water drain of 300 dia., street water-supply pipeline of 150 dia., and a kiosk switchgear, were constructed as well.
- In 2004 started the construction of the block of 34 flats located at the Manastirski Livadi Residential Complex - East.
- At the end of 2004 started the construction of 3 blocks of a total 80 flats, 1 shop, 2 offices, dentist's clinic, 51 underground and ground garages, located at the Manastirski Livadi Residential Complex - East.
At present, some 45 specialists and workers engaged in the execution of the main construction work are employed at Mason Engineering, and the sub-contractors are used only for the lifts assembling operations (RAY LIFT), joinery and reinforcement work (ITI-Ivan Tenev).
Mason Engineering Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 by Eng. George Grozev and Eng. Plamen Minkov. During the first year of existence, the company was engaged mainly in the repair and finishing construction work. The precise and high-quality level work did not remain unnoticed and orders for the construction of 6 houses were placed, being successfully completed in the period of 1997 - 2001. Then follow orders for the construction of a clinic and an office building.
